These pages are also in the nine-panel grid, and the alternation of light and dark caused by the flashing of the neon sign continues. Some figure positions mirror each other, such as Moloch looking out (2.7), and the cops looking in (27.7). Some of the better moments in this spread include the "sequential" panels 27.2: "I can't see," and 2.3: "Uh huh, I see." Another odd "symmetry" appears in the repeated phrases that occur on both pages, such as "Okay, okay," and "You think I'm scared" from Moloch on page 2, and "My eyes" "I can't see" "Get out of the way," and "It's okay," each phrase repeated by the cops on page 27.
