TEEMING MILLIONS IN CHINA = YELLOW PERIL = MASSIVE THREAT = TEEMING MILLIONS (eventually?) IN CYBERSPACE = THE END OF CONTROL BY ELITES = POPULISM = MASSIVE THREAT

Or put more economically: POPULISM is to the late nineties what COMMUNISM was to the early fifties.
