If you have tried typing "ftp://student-iat.ubalt.edu/" into the address line of your Internet Explorer browser in Windows only to be presented with an error page, DON'T DESPAIR.
Open the Tools menu of your browser. Select "Internet Options," and in the resulting dialogue box select the "Advanced" tab. Look in the List of checkboxes for the option called "Enable folder view for FTP sites." If this option is NOT checked, you have found the source of your problem. Check the option, as shown below. FTP from the browser should work.

All FTP accounts are working so far as I know. If you are unable to connect from your workplace, you could be blocked by a firewall. Plan to use the Graphics Lab.
