1. Using a text editor and the codes and procedures you learned at the first class meeting, prepare a simple Web page containing the following elements:
   
   
   1. Your name as a first-level heading (<H1>);
      
      
   2. At least one list, ordered, unordered, or descriptive, that suggests something about you;
      
      
   3. A paragraph of text about yourself, properly marked up.
   
   
   
2. Save this page as yourLastName.hwk1.htm. Test it locally with a browser to be sure you have not made any mistakes.
   
   
3. Using the login and password given out in the second lab session, connect to Cow and upload your page to the introShared directory.
   
   
4. Send e-mail to samoulthrop@ubmail.ubalt.edu reporting the URL for your uploaded Web page.
