FTP Instructions

Every student in this course has a directory on the server. You must create a home page for yourself, the file must be called "index.htm" and it must either link to every assignment for this course or link to a subordinate page on which links to the assignments reside. If you do not create a page on the student server, if you do not post your work to the server, or if you fail to provide convenient and carefully labeled links to your work, I will not grade it.

The server:

student-iat.ubalt.edu

Your user name:

last name (all are lower case)

For example:

kaplan or diamant-cohen

Your password:

If you had an account on student-iat during Fall 2005, then your password has not changed. Otherwise, it is set to a password I will give you in class.

Your directory is inside a directory called "students". You may or may not be able to see that directory when you connect. But the URL for your home page (which must be named "index.htm") would be http://student-iat.ubalt.edu/students/kaplan (if you were me, that is).
