Downloading Weekly Scene Files for Unity
- Using Firefox, connect to the class home page. Click the link to download this week's starter file.
- In the ensuing options, DO NOT SELECT "RUN"!! Instead, select DOWNLOAD.
- The file will download almost instantly. Using the Windows file explorer, find the downloaded file in Students > My Documents > Downloads.
- Copy (or cut) this file from the Downloads directory.
- Find the folder labeled Unity_3D_Platformer_Tutorial on your desktop. Open the Assets folder, then the Scenes folder within it. Paste the copied starter file here.
- Double-click the starter file to launch. Launching will take a minute or so.
